Privacy
Pesaby provides tools for checkout, payments, stock, reporting and business operations. This page explains what information is processed when you use Pesaby and what is expected from everyone using the service.
When a business uses Pesaby, that business controls the customer, sales and inventory information entered into its workspace. Pesaby processes that information to provide, support and improve the service.

Technical data
Device, browser, IP address, log and diagnostic data used to keep Pesaby reliable and secure.
How we use information
- Provide checkout, inventory, reporting and workspace features.
- Set up accounts, respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- Protect the platform, investigate misuse and maintain reliable performance.
- Improve Pesaby using aggregated or de-identified usage information.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Pesaby, when required by law, or when you instruct us to do so.
Website chat and AI assistance
When you use website chat, Pesaby stores your messages, the page where you started the conversation, timestamps, and any name or email address you choose to provide. A browser cookie lets you return to the same chat for up to 30 days. Authorized support staff can read and reply to your conversation. You can request our team instead of continuing with AI.
AI replies use Google's Gemini service. Recent chat messages may be sent to Google with public information about Pesaby to generate a response. Google's free-tier terms may allow submitted content to be used to improve its products. Do not share passwords, payment card details, PINs, or one-time codes. AI answers can be inaccurate; contact our team for account assistance or confirmation. Adding an email address saves it for staff follow-up and does not automatically send a transcript by email.
Security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Pesaby data. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to operate or support the platform.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, legal and accounting purposes. Workspace owners can request account assistance or data export through Pesaby support.
Terms of use
Your Pesaby account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity of people you invite to your workspace. Provide accurate details and notify us promptly if you believe there has been unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Pesaby only for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another organization's data, introduce harmful code, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business information you enter into Pesaby. You give Pesaby permission to host, process and display that information only as needed to provide the service to you.
Service changes
We may update Pesaby, these terms or this privacy notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
